cortex.volume.show_mip

cortex.volume.show_mip(data, **kwargs)

Display a maximum intensity projection for the data, using three subplots

Parameters:

datandarray

3D volumetric data to project.

**kwargs

Additional keyword arguments are passed to matplotlib.pyplot.imshow for each subplot (e.g. cmap, vmin, vmax).

Returns:

figmatplotlib.figure.Figure

Figure containing the three maximum-intensity-projection subplots (one per axis).
