Resamples anat-space data into the epi space for the given [subject] and transformation [xfm]
- Parameters:
- datandarray
Data in anatomical space to resample into EPI (functional) space.
- subjectstr
Name of subject.
- xfmnamestr
Name of transform.
- Returns:
- outdatandarray
data resampled into EPI space, at the resolution/orientation of the transform’s reference functional image.
