cortex.freesurfer.write_dot(fname, pts, polys, name='test')

Write a mesh’s edge graph out as a Graphviz .dot file.

Parameters:

fnamestr

Path to write the .dot file to.

ptsndarray

Vertex coordinates, used to compute edge lengths.

polysndarray

Triangle faces defining the mesh’s edges.

namestr, optional

Name to give the graph in the .dot file. Default is “test”.

Returns:

None
