cortex.freesurfer.read_dot¶
- cortex.freesurfer.read_dot(fname, pts)[source]¶
Read 2D vertex layout positions back out of a Graphviz .dot file.
- Parameters:
- fnamestr
Path to a .dot file previously written by write_dot and laid out by Graphviz.
- ptsarray-like
Only used for its length, to preallocate the output array.
- Returns:
- datandarray, shape (len(pts), 2)
2D (x, y) layout position for each vertex.
