cortex.freesurfer.make_fiducial(fs_subject, freesurfer_subject_dir=None)

Make fiducial surface (halfway between white matter and pial surfaces)

Parameters:

fs_subjectstr

Freesurfer subject identifier.

freesurfer_subject_dirstr, optional

Directory for Freesurfer subjects (defaults to the value of the environment variable $SUBJECTS_DIR if None).
