cortex.utils.vertex_to_voxel(subject)

For each functional voxel, find the index of the nearest surface vertex, considering the fiducial, white matter, and pial surfaces.

Parameters:

subjectstr

Name of subject

Returns:

all_vertsndarray (z, y, x)

Array with the same shape as the reference image for the subject’s identity transform, containing for each voxel the index of the closest vertex on any of the fiducial, white matter, or pial surfaces.
