cortex.database.Database.get_xfm

Database.get_xfm(subject: str, name: str, xfmtype: str = 'coord') → Transform

Retrieves a transform from the filestore

Parameters:

subjectstr

Name of the subject

namestr

Name of the transform

xfmtypestr, optional

Type of transform to return. Defaults to coord.
